Tiffany is a native Oregonian who was raised on a dairy farm in the coastal community of Tillamook, Oregon. Tiffany is no stranger to hard work and determination. Living by the motto “the early bird gets the worm”, you will always find Tiffany working diligently to ensure all clients are provided with excellent customer service. Tiffany oversees the accounting, owner distributions, bank reconciliations, and prepares the owner reports every month. She also enjoys updating the web-site, researching the current market, and working with new and current owners.

Tiffany is a Licensed Property Manager and currently a CPM Candidate (Certified Property Manager) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Tiffany also serves on the Board of Directors of the local NARPM chapter (National Association of Property Manager’s) and the Rental Housing Association of Greater Portland.

Besides work, Tiffany is also an accomplished pianist. Her greatest joy comes from her family – her husband Kevin, and children, Troy, Trevor, Payton and Tyler. When not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time reading, traveling, sports, biking, and enjoying life!
