Alpine manages rental properties for a range of different owners and investors.  Each specific owner has his or her own pet policy.    In general, if an owner does accept pets, Alpine's policy is as follows:

No tenant shall have more than two animals of any breed at one time.

Approved small pets are allowed with a refundable $400 Pet Deposit, per pet, and additional $10 of rent per month, per pet, and a signed pet agreement.  The following domesticated animals are allowed with approval:

• Domesticated Cat
• Domesticated Dog, under 30 pounds
• Small rodents kept in cages (gerbil, hamster, guinea pig).
• Small fish bowls are ok, but no water tanks over 10 gallons.
• NO snakes, no spiders, no insects, no birds.

You will need to submit a RECENT photo of your pet(s) for our files.  Any dog over 30 pounds will be subject to a $500 Pet Deposit (refundable) and additional $25 per month in rent.

Proof of Renters insurance will be required with a $100,000 minimum.

We do not allow certain dog breeds:  Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Dalmation, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard and Wolf Dog Hybrids.* (including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Straffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, and Presa Canario.).  So please don't ask.

If you have any animal which will not allow our maintenance person entry into your home, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR ALL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE AT OUR SCHEDULE.  Even if you have to take off of work.

Assistance Animals and Companion Animals will be allowed with a MEDICAL doctor's note and written request (with no additional deposit or pet rent assessed).

Tenant will pay labor and materials for any damage, cleaning or poop removal needed because of their pet.
