This constitutes authorization to enter unit for the requested repairs. This authorization expires after seven (7) days unless repairs are in progress.

(Vendor will NOT enter a unit with un-restrained dogs.)

Please make sure you have referred to your Tenant Manual provided to you at move-in to avoid possible bill back for tenant caused damage such as but not limited to clogged toilets, clogged garbage disposals, smoke alarm batteries, light bulbs, clogged sinks, or bathtubs. A copy of the Tenant Manual is on our web-site.

If tenant insists on being in unit when repairs are being performed, Alpine Property Mgmt will provide a two hour window of time when maintenance staff will be at the unit. If tenant is NOT home during this block of time, a $50 service call will be assessed and payable within 10 days.
