I (we) understand that we will be receiving a follow-up letter from Alpine Property Management regarding our move. If I do not receive a letter within seven (7) days from today, I will contact Alpine to verify my notice was received.

I (we) understand rent is still due until our move-out date.

I (we) understand our security deposit transmittal will be sent after vacating the property and within the 31 days as required by law.

I (we) understand if I (we) fail to fulfill the terms of my (our) obligations, a negative credit report reflecting my (our) credit may be submitted to a credit reporting agency.

I (we) also give permission for Alpine Property Management to provide references to other landlords for the purpose of renting.

Please indicate your forwarding address (if known) and any other information regarding your move-out that we should know. I understand that if I fail to provide Alpine my forwarding address, my final accounting will be mailed to my last known address. Alpine is not responsible if you do not receive your final accounting within 31 days due to your failure to provide your new mailing address.
