Rental Payments
Rent is due on the first of each month and late if not received by the close of business on the fifth. If you know that you will have a delay or problem paying by the due date, contact Alpine immediately. Lack of communication can affect your payment record.
Alpine can receive rental payments by:
- US Mail
- In the Alpine Office – we also have a 24 hour drop box for after-hours payments. Do NOT leave cash!!
- By using ACH (Automated Clearing House) - this automatically withdraws your rental payment directly from your bank and deposits it into the Alpine bank, saving you time.
Alpine will NOT accept rental payments in:
- Rolled coin
- Cash
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Post-dated checks
- Someone not on the rental agreement
- Multiple Personal Checks
Fees/Charges
If you fail to pay your rent on time, you will be assessed a late fee – the amount of the late fee is listed on your rental agreement.
