LEASING AGENT

We are currently seeking a personable and high-energetic team member to fill the position of Mobile Leasing Agent. This team member will be working the majority of the time in the field. Some of the job duties include:

  • Develop marketing plan for upcoming vacancies by determining market rent
  • Take marketing pictures and video of vacant properties
  • Prepare marketing ad on web-site promoting unit, amenities and surrounding area
  • Coordinate marketing efforts by printing and placing flyers and For Rent Signs
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and text.
  • Schedule appointments and show vacant properties to prospects in person or via Virtual Tour.
  • Provide written feedback after each showing utilizing technology tools
  • Follow-up with prospects after showing
  • Walk-through of vacant properties documenting condition post-maintenance utilizing technology tools
  • Communicating with maintenance department any deficiencies to be addressed to ensure unit is rent-ready.
  • Walk-through of vacant properties documenting condition pre move-in utilizing technology tools
  • Conducting tenant move-ins, including collection of monies, transfer of keys, and covering our detailed move-in check-list with approved applicants on day of move-in.
  • Conducting occupied unit walk-throughs documenting condition of interior and exterior of property utilizing technology tools.
  • Posting and documenting notices as requested by office staff
  • Any other assigned duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior Leasing experience required - one year minimum
  • Property management experience a plus!
  • Working knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law
  • Excellent telephone, email and texting skills
  • Fair Housing Knowledge
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Smart Phone required with ability to install office required apps
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Pass background screening

Hours

  • Tuesday - Saturday Full-time
  • Daylight Savings Time - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Standard Time - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday Start Time 8:00 AM for Staff Meeting

This position has a 90-day probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $DOE per hour plus $50/month phone stipend. 

Mileage paid at .50 cents per mile.

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
