Please submit proof from your veterinarian with all current shots and immunizations. Pet rent is $15 per month for cats and $25 per month for dog. Only cats and dogs are allowed as pets. A pet picture is required. Breed restrictions do apply. Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including : aggression, behavior issues, etc.
An additional deposit of $300 per pet is required. Total security deposit will not exceed 1.5x the rent.

Water, Sewer - $45/month for one occupant, $75/month for two occupants.
Trash - $10/month

Renter's Insurance is required and proof of insurance must be provided before taking possession.
