Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including: aggression, behavior issues, etc. An additional deposit of $500 per pet is required. Total security deposit will not exceed 1.5x the rent.

APPLICATION PROCESSING:
In accordance with the Portland FAIR ordinance, we will start accepting applications on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 3:30 PM PST.
All complete applications are processed in the order received. If you are in a back-up position, your application fee will not be processed if another application is approved before yours. Fees are non-refundable once we start screening your application.

INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Gross income should be 2.0 times the rent.

RENTERS INSURANCE
Proof of renter's insurance required prior to move-in and throughout tenancy.

SMOKING:
All of our units are smoke free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere or within 20 feet of the property.

MARIJUANA:
