We love your furry friends! Brooklyn Flats is a pet friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per apartment — with no monthly pet rent.
Brooklyn’s walkable streets and nearby green spaces make it a great place for both cats and dogs.
Pet Guidelines:
• Cats: Must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations.
• Dogs: Breed restrictions apply. Dogs must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations.
• A pet photo and veterinary records are required.
• Management reserves the right to deny any animal based on behavior or aggression concerns.
Pet Deposit:
• $250 additional deposit per pet
• Total deposits will not exceed 1.5x the monthly rent

Applications are processed in the order received. If your application is placed in a backup position, your application fee will not be processed unless your application moves forward. Once screening begins, fees are nonrefundable. Third party applications are not accepted.
Income Requirement:
• Gross household income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent

• Proof of renter’s insurance is required prior to move in and throughout tenancy
