Brooklyn’s walkable streets and nearby green spaces make it a great place for both cats and dogs.
Pet Guidelines:
• Cats: Must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations.
• Dogs: Breed restrictions apply. Dogs must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations.
• A pet photo and veterinary records are required.
• Management reserves the right to deny any animal based on behavior or aggression concerns.
Pet Deposit:
• $250 additional deposit per pet
• Total deposits will not exceed 1.5x the monthly rent
